The Heartbeat of Prayer

Lord God, just as you filled the apostles with your Holy Spirit, fill my heart today as well. Grant me courage to speak the truth, faith to trust in you at all times, and love to serve others without fear. Guide me to live as a witness of your light, united with others in prayer and hope, just as the early Church did. May your Spirit strengthen me each day and help me to walk according to your will. Amen
